Yeast infections cause extremely noticeable itching and burning about 1 or 2 days after they begin
so it is highly unlikely that you can go a few months without noticing a yeast infection that you have. You should notice it right away. I hope this helped(:

Yeast infections become apparent pretty quick. You will have itching and redness (sometimes sore also) almost immediately. Yes, I had a yeast infection for a year, but knew it was there. As soon as I found out that I was diabetic and got my sugar under control it went away and has not been back, thank goodness.
