Do not use topical creams unless your OB/GYN recommends it. You can call your doctor and ask if AZO for yeast infections is safe. Yeast infections are very common in pregnant women. I would recommend calling your doctor first, and if you can’t get anywhere that way, try the yogurt. Like someone pointed out previously, some doctors recommend inserting a small amount of the live culture yogurt into your vagina. Yes it sounds gross, but it should work. I wouldn’t recommend using a tampon though. If you have an old medicine dropper you could use that. Or the applicator for a yeast infection cream. Good Luck!

yogurt and some topical medicated cremes are ok just do not insert internally
natural yogurt on a tampon or on a pad
Eat lots of live yoghurt.. this helps fight the infection
Plain yogurt. No flavors. Betadine swabs. Cranberry juice to flush your system.
Plain yogurt and betadine swabs work, I have personally used them. I cant vouch for cranberry juice as I have never tried it.
Apply yogurt (natural, without flavor!) several times a day and/or insert a clove of garlic (peeled) (one clove per day for a few days). I know it sounds strange, but yogurt re-balances the flora and garlic has a strong antibacterial power.
(You might want to put a thread through the clove before inserting it to get it out easily).
Yogurt is good, but ask an OB to be safe.
Eat a lot of foods with active cultures in them (yogurt, any of the “liv active” brand foods. The natural cultures help fight yeast as well. Also cut out refined foods (white sugars and white flours) as those feed yeast and cause it to grow much faster.
Yogurt might help, but the over the counter creams are safe to use.
You don’t want to mess around with a yeast infection while pregnant. A friend of mine didn’t treat hers and the infection crossed her mucus plug, infected her amniotic fluid and she went into early labor and had her baby at 6 1/2 months.
Please treat it properly, you don’t want to risk early labor.
My friends mother told me that garlic works. Sounds gross but I’ve used it to cure ear infections as well. She said she just used a clove like a vaginal supository. Garlic has natural atibiotic quatities, however if you are allergic to penicilin don’t use as it brings on a rash or itchiness just like pencilin.
