How to get rid of a yeast infection on a budget?
Question by little_flower_of_god: How to get rid of a yeast infection on a budget?
I have a yeast infection that didn’t react to what the doctor prescribed… I can’t afford to go back to the doctor. I also don’t want to spend too much money on something over-the-counter that might not work either. Does anyone know of any easy ways of getting rid of this naturally?

I’ve heard about the yogurt, I think you use the bifidus yogurt, although I have never tried it. Once you are rid of the infection drink lots of fluid, about 2 liters per day, and cranberry juice is also good, one or 2 glasses per day. Really this is an area that you cannot compromise on , go back to the doc, tell him it did not work. I know you have a rather tight budget, but your health is really one area you cannot compromise on.

I think you should read this article – http://hubpages.com/hub/what-is-yeast-infection and this is a good one, too – http://hubpages.com/hub/Home-Remedies-For-Yeast-Infection-Hub
if what the dr gave you didnt work the over the counter isnt going to work. dr prob gave you diflucan….and it comes in different stregnths, so you might just need a stronger one. also you might not have to go to the dr again just call him and say hey didnt work what else you got. or since it didnt work, it might be something else, and they will want to run tests….
Hi,
There are many ways to get rid of it. I go to doctor when I got it and the doctor suggested creams which got rid of it, hopes it doesn’t come back.
I did some search on internet and found a website discussing on yeast infection too. I think this guy knows what he is talking about.
I left the link here for your reference.
