Or do I keep taking them and treat the yeast infection at the same time?

You finish the antibiotics and treat the infection at the same time. You may also have to do another treatment after you finish the antibiotics.

you should continue with your antibiotics until completed and then treat the yeast infection after wards.
Same time
keep taking them or the infection can return but go to your doctor and they can make sure you have an oral yeast infection and not something else and they can treat it with another prescribed medicine.
Hi,
never stop taking antibiotics until you have finished the whole course. If you do, the infection you were taking them for might come back worse.
Yeast infections are a common side effect. You’ll need to treat them at the same time.
